If you’ve followed my work for a while, you’ll know that illustration for me is about more than lines on a page. It’s about story. About heart. About capturing those fleeting little moments that spark something in us. That same spirit is exactly what inspired me to start a podcast: The Creative & Curious Club.

A podcast for the gently creative and endlessly curious

The Creative & Curious Club podcast was born out of my own journey navigating life as an illustrator, storyteller, and creative business owner. I wanted a space where I could share the real behind-the-scenes moments, reflect on what it means to live a creative life, and connect with others who are walking that same path, whether you're an artist, writer, or someone simply trying to bring more curiosity and joy into your everyday.

Each episode offers a mix of personal stories, creative prompts, reflections on art and mindset, and honest thoughts from my desk. You might find me talking about the messy middle of building a business, finding inspiration in nature, or the gentle reminders we all need when imposter syndrome creeps in.

How it ties into my illustration work

At the heart of both my art and this podcast is a love for storytelling. Whether I’m drawing a whimsical animal character, a well-loved landmark, or dreaming up ideas for a children’s book, there’s always a thread of curiosity and encouragement woven through.

My hope is that The Creative & Curious Club becomes a space that not only inspires but reminds you that your creativity is valid, needed, and worth exploring, however that looks for you.
